On October 10, 2025, Flowserve Corporation announced that CIRCOR International, Inc. has acquired the herringbone gear pump product line, comprising the GAX, GR, and Gearex Series pumps. The transaction was completed today and includes all operating assets related to the product line.
The acquisition will be fully integrated into CIRCOR’s IMO product portfolio after a transition period. Production of the acquired pumps is expected to shift to CIRCOR’s Columbia, Kentucky plant in the coming months, while Flowserve will continue to support manufacturing and order fulfillment under a transition services agreement.
