Farmers & Merchants Bancorp announced on December 3, 2024, that Deborah Skinner, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, will retire effective December 31, 2024, after 24 years with the company. Ms. Skinner will assist with the transition through year-end.
The company also announced the appointment of Troy D. Harper as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, effective December 9, 2024. Mr. Harper brings over 30 years of operational expertise in financial services, including more than 20 years in commercial and retail banking.
Mr. Harper's prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Information & Operations Officer for HomeStreet Bank, where he led various critical operations. This leadership change aims to enrich the management team and support the company's objectives for 2025 and beyond.
