Jose Antonio Fernández Garza-Lagüera currently serves as CEO of FEMSA Proximity & Health and has held various management roles across FEMSA’s business units, including CEO of FEMSA’s Plastics division, CEO of Coca-Cola FEMSA Central America, and CEO of Spin. He will bring his strategic focus and results-driven leadership to guide FEMSA through its next stage of value creation.
José Antonio Fernández Carbajal, who has served as Executive Chairman and interim CEO since July 2023, will continue in his role as Executive Chairman. The Board of Directors expressed gratitude for his leadership during this transitional period, ensuring continuity and strategic oversight.
