Genpact Limited reported third‑quarter 2025 results on November 6, 2025, with total revenue of $1.291 billion, up 6.6% year‑over‑year from $1.21 billion in Q3 2024. Diluted earnings per share rose to $0.83, a 12.2% increase from $0.74 in the same quarter last year, while adjusted diluted EPS reached $0.97, beating consensus estimates of $0.88–$0.90. Net income climbed to $146 million, up 10.5% from $132 million in Q3 2024, reflecting stronger top‑line growth and disciplined cost management.
The company’s Advanced Technology Solutions segment grew 20% to $311 million, driven by new client wins and expanded AI‑enabled digital transformation projects. Data‑Tech‑AI revenue increased 9.3% to $622 million, supported by higher demand for cloud‑based analytics and machine‑learning services. These two high‑margin segments offset modest growth in legacy consulting services, which grew only 3% to $400 million.
Gross margin expanded to 36.4% from 35.8% in the prior year, while adjusted operating income margin rose to 17.7% from 16.9%. The margin improvement is largely attributable to the higher mix of high‑margin technology services and operational leverage as revenue scales, as well as effective cost control in support functions. The company also completed the acquisition of XponentL Data, adding $160 k in earn‑out and strengthening its data‑AI capabilities.
Management raised its full‑year 2025 revenue guidance to 6.1%–6.4% growth, up from the previous 5.5%–5.8% range, and lifted adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $3.60–$3.61, compared with the prior $3.40–$3.45 range. CEO Balkrishan "BK" Kalra said the company is "delivering strong results that exceed the high end of our guidance range" and highlighted the accelerating momentum in Advanced Technology Solutions as a key driver of future growth.
Kalra added that new clients are adopting Genpact’s tech solutions, indicating a growing total addressable market, and that the company’s GenpactNext platform is delivering substantial long‑term engagements that leverage data and AI capabilities.
