GameSquare Holdings, Inc. introduced the FaZe Esports Pass on November 21 2025, a digital membership that bundles exclusive content, events, and merchandise for fans of the FaZe brand. The pass is built in partnership with Clout, a fan‑engagement platform that turns participation into rewards through XP, coins, and a gamified marketplace.

The FaZe Esports Pass offers a single‑ecosystem experience that lets subscribers access live streams, behind‑the‑scenes footage, limited‑edition collectibles, and priority entry to in‑person events. Real‑time interaction and personalized content are delivered through Clout’s technology, which tracks fan activity and unlocks rewards for engagement.

This launch represents a strategic move to create a scalable, high‑margin recurring revenue stream. By integrating the pass with GameSquare’s existing digital media assets, the company aims to deepen fan loyalty and generate new income that can be replicated across other properties in its portfolio.

GameSquare’s Q3 2025 financial results provide context for the importance of the new product. The company reported a net income of $5.9 million, a turnaround from a net loss in prior periods, and a gross margin of 49.4 percent. The balance sheet remains strong, with $81.5 million in assets and no debt, while the firm has been repurchasing shares, buying back 1,120,606 shares for $565,806 on November 20 2025.

CEO Justin Kenna emphasized the strategic value of the pass, saying, “The FaZe Esports Pass and our partnership with Clout mark major milestones in executing our digital strategy and building scalable, high‑margin products across the GameSquare ecosystem.” He added that the pass is “purpose‑built for today’s fan, offering an interactive, gamified, and reward‑driven online experience.”

Clout’s platform, which has previously partnered with GameSquare’s subsidiary Zoned in October 2024, is designed to gamify fan engagement by converting participation into rewards. The FaZe Esports Pass will run through Season 1, ending February 18 2026, and is expected to drive sustained fan interaction and subscription revenue.
