However, full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITDA guidance was revised to the low end of the prior $545–$575 million range due to temporary delays in offshore production ramp-ups. Shenandoah achieved first oil in late July 2025, and Salamanca remains on track for first oil by the end of Q3 2025.
