Genesis Energy, L.P. reported a GAAP EPS loss of $(0.40) for the second quarter of 2025, significantly missing the consensus estimate of $(0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $377.3 million, a 12.3% decrease from $430.2 million in Q2 2024. Net Income from Continuing Operations improved to $10.01 million in Q2 2025 from a Net Loss of $3.97 million in Q2 2024. The Offshore Pipeline Transportation segment saw a 26.6% revenue increase to $125.37 million, with segment margin up 1.7% to $87.59 million, driven by new minimum volume commitments from Shenandoah and increased volumes from Warrior and Winterfell. The company generated $46.99 million in positive free cash flow during the quarter. However, full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITDA guidance was revised to the low end of the prior $545–$575 million range due to temporary delays in offshore production ramp-ups. Shenandoah achieved first oil in late July 2025, and Salamanca remains on track for first oil by the end of Q3 2025.
