Guardant Health, Inc. announced the appointment of Alex M. Azar II to its board of directors, effective September 15, 2025. As the 24th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Secretary Azar oversaw agencies critical to healthcare, including CMS and FDA.
