Grove Collaborative Holdings, Inc. completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Grab Green, a pioneer in eco-friendly cleaning products. Grab Green has been an existing third-party vendor on Grove's platform since 2019 and a top brand for growth and performance.
This strategic acquisition reinforces Grove's mission to make consumer products a force for environmental and human good, strengthening its position as a leader in the home cleaning category. The Grab Green product lineup, including laundry detergents and dishwashing pods, complements Grove's existing sustainable offerings.
Grab Green co-founders Patricia Spencer and Michael Edell will join Grove in advisory roles to oversee integration and ongoing product development. Grab Green products will continue to be available through Grove Collaborative's online platform and Amazon.
