Gray Media has renewed its daily 30-minute news magazine, InvestigateTV+, for a third season, and its weekend edition, InvestigateTV+ Weekend, for a fifth season. The renewal follows continued ratings growth for InvestigateTV+, with weekly cumulative reach among Adults 18+ increasing by 5.7% in the first 18 weeks of the 2024-2025 season compared to the previous year, according to Nielsen.
Sandy Breland, Gray’s Chief Operating Officer, highlighted that InvestigateTV+ is setting a standard for original reporting that provides real solutions, and the audience increase demonstrates a strong demand for this type of content. The program's stories have made significant impacts, including an exclusive investigation that led the government to end the DEA's nationwide airport search and seizure practice.
InvestigateTV+ airs in all 113 Gray markets and has expanded its footprint into more non-Gray markets, now cleared in 46% of the U.S. daily, with the weekend edition cleared in 67% of the U.S. This continued investment in award-winning investigative journalism reinforces Gray Media's commitment to impactful content and audience engagement.
