Granite Construction announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) James A. “Jim” Radich will retire on July 4, 2025. Radich has been with Granite for decades, serving in various leadership roles since 1980.
Following Radich's retirement, Granite will not fill the COO role. Instead, the Senior Vice Presidents of Construction (Brian R. Dowd, Michael G. Tatusko, and Bradley J. Williams) and the Senior Vice President of Materials (Bradly J. Estes) will now report directly to Granite President and CEO Kyle Larkin.
This organizational change streamlines the leadership structure, with key operational leaders reporting directly to the CEO. Jim Radich's leadership was instrumental in the company's transformation over the last four years, and his departure marks a notable shift in executive oversight.
