Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) announced today that it has been awarded a five‑year, $210 million prime‑contractor agreement with the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The contract, an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) agreement, will provide the DLA with refrigerants, compressed gases, cylinders and related items to U.S. military commands and federal civilian agencies.

The company has served as DLA’s prime contractor since 2016, and this new award extends that partnership into a five‑year base period with a renewal option. The DLA contract covers the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps, underscoring Hudson’s role as a critical supplier to the nation’s defense infrastructure.

This win is a major revenue driver for Hudson, adding a substantial, recurring income stream and reinforcing its market position as a leading refrigerant reclaimer. The contract’s size and duration signal strong confidence from a key federal customer and are expected to support the company’s long‑term growth trajectory.
