Osprey, a Helen of Troy Limited brand, announced on February 5, 2025, the debut of its most sustainable and responsible collection to date for Fall 2025. This collection reflects Osprey's dedication to reducing environmental impacts and supporting a circular economy. Key innovations include the introduction of a proprietary ReComp™ fabric and a new U.S.-based partnership with Looptworks. The ReComp™ fabric marks Osprey's next leap in material innovation, repurposing and transforming the brand's manufacturing scraps into a 70% post-consumer and 30% pre-consumer recycled polyester main body fabric. This fabric is featured in the season's all-new Arcane™ Earth series, which also incorporates 85% recycled EVA foam, 100% recycled labels and zipper pulls, and a minimal dyeing process that reduces water and energy consumption. Osprey's new partnership with Certified B Corporation Looptworks will further enhance end-of-use recycling for Fall 2025. This collaboration ensures that products which cannot be donated or repaired through Osprey's All Mighty Guarantee™ will be downcycled, transforming donated textiles into non-woven fibers for various industrial uses. Additionally, 83% of Osprey's entire product line for Fall 2025 will carry the certified bluesign® Product designation, a 13% increase from Fall 2024, signifying adherence to strict safety and environmental requirements.
