The Court determined that Holley at least recklessly violated the Settlement Agreement by branding the carburetor as an 'HP' product. On March 24, 2025, the Court rejected Holley’s motion to alter or amend this disgorgement judgment, concluding that Holley failed to demonstrate clear error in the court's decision.
Holley was given ten days to post a supersedeas bond in the amount of $2,231,090.61, which includes the original judgment amount and approximate post-judgment interest. This ruling confirms a significant financial obligation for Holley.
