Sotheby's International Realty announced on April 21, 2025, that seasoned real estate expert Mary Lee Blaylock has joined the brand as President of Brokerage. In this pivotal role, she will be responsible for leading its 48 company-owned brokerage operations nationally.
These brokerage offices collectively supported more than 2,300 affiliated agents and were responsible for $20 billion in annual sales volume in 2024. Blaylock's focus will be on the development and execution of strategies to enhance local market positioning and drive long-term growth for the luxury brand.
Blaylock brings over 30 years of residential real estate experience, including her most recent role as senior vice president of HomeServices of America, Inc. Her proven leadership track record and extensive industry knowledge are expected to further equip Sotheby's International Realty advisors to deliver unparalleled service.
