HealthStream announced the launch of its HealthStream Learning Experience™ (HLX) application on January 27, 2025. This new application is designed to provide personalized, self-directed, and intelligent learning and development pathways for the healthcare workforce.
The HLX application utilizes an AI-first approach, incorporating large language models to assist managers in creating engaging learning experiences and connecting learners with relevant content. It integrates with HealthStream’s Learning Center® and will connect with the Competency Suite™ to assess individual skills and identify career growth objectives.
Three large healthcare organizations have already chosen to implement the HLX as launch partners, demonstrating early adoption of this innovative solution. The application expands learning modalities to include online blogs, articles, videos, social learning, virtual reality, and podcasts, alongside traditional courses.
