Fusion Fuel Green PLC announced on June 25, 2025, that all shareholder proposals were approved at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on the same day. This outcome fulfills a Nasdaq requirement for the company to hold an Annual General Meeting.

A key approval was for the first proposal, which authorizes a planned share consolidation of the company’s Class A Ordinary Shares. This consolidation is intended to raise the share price above Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement.

CEO John-Paul Backwell stated that the AGM results mark another important step toward resolving legacy issues and enabling management to focus on growth. He highlighted the continued strong trajectory of Al Shola Gas, the advancement of BrightHy Solutions, and the execution of promising acquisition opportunities.
