This enhancement provides advertisers with greater control over their advertising investments on the platform, aiming to preserve brand equity and drive performance. Advertisers applying pre-bid Video Exclusion Lists benefit from granular exclusions, powered by IAS's multimedia technology, tailored to brand-specific needs. This ensures that individual brand suitability and contextual requirements are met across ad placements on TikTok, complementing TikTok's existing Inventory Filter. This expansion allows advertisers to couple Social Optimization with IAS's AI-driven Total Media Quality (TMQ) for post-bid measurement on TikTok. This creates a closed-loop system, enabling greater media efficiency and returns for advertisers across 75+ markets and over 30 languages, building on IAS's deep partnership with TikTok since 2021.
