IHG Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Grupo Poma's Real Hotels & Resorts, announced the dual opening of InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores and Hotel Indigo Lima Miraflores. These sister properties are located in the vibrant Miraflores district of Lima, Peru.
The InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores is an elegant 21-story hotel featuring 321 rooms, including 29 luxury suites, all with views of the Pacific Ocean. It also offers a Club InterContinental lounge and over 950 square meters of meeting and event spaces. Hotel Indigo Lima Miraflores provides 76 rooms, including 10 suites, with interiors reflecting 1970s Lima.
This dual opening expands IHG's luxury and lifestyle portfolio in Lima, a key South American market. InterContinental Hotels & Resorts now has over 229 hotels in operation globally, with 104 in development, while Hotel Indigo has 169 open properties and 136 in its pipeline.
