International Land Alliance, Inc. (ILAL) announced on September 25, 2025, continued sales activity and significant construction progress across its flagship Baja California communities. The company reported three new homesite sales at Rancho Costa Verde and two at Cabo Oasis Resort during its bi-weekly open house events.
At Rancho Costa Verde, a 1,100-acre master-planned community, over 1,000 residential lots have been sold, and more than 100 single-family homes have been built, with an additional 50 homes currently under construction. This development also features a completed boutique hotel and clubhouse.
ILAL also achieved several construction milestones, including the delivery of two completed custom single-family homes. Roadwork and site preparation are underway for the BOXABL tiny home neighborhood within the Cabo Oasis community, further expanding the housing options available to buyers.
