CIMG Inc. authorized its subsidiary Xinmiao Times to distribute Inspur Information’s servers and AI computing products, giving the company access to offline distribution channels for Inspur’s products.
The move is part of CIMG’s strategy to pivot from specialty coffee and digital health into the high‑growth computing‑power market. CEO Alice Wang said the partnership leverages Inspur’s technology and ecosystem to strengthen CIMG’s commercial value.
Inspur Information is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and AI computing solutions in China, ranking among the top three server vendors globally and the #1 server manufacturer in China. The partnership positions CIMG to tap into the expanding AI and data‑center market.
CIMG’s financial performance has been challenging, with a three‑year revenue decline of 39.8% and negative operating and net margins of –1276.4% and –1046.02% respectively. The company also increased its authorized shares from 200 million to 600 million at its virtual annual meeting on October 28, 2025, potentially to support future growth initiatives.
The distribution agreement is expected to diversify CIMG’s revenue streams and provide a foothold in a lucrative market driven by AI and digital transformation, though the company’s distressed financial position remains a concern.
