Infosys launched its Topaz Fabric platform on 2025‑11‑03, a composable stack of data infrastructure, models, agents, flows, and AI applications designed to unify and accelerate IT service delivery across enterprise landscapes.

Topaz Fabric includes more than 50 purpose‑built AI agents that integrate out‑of‑the‑box with nine major enterprise platforms. The agents operate with humans in the loop, executing end‑to‑end workflows, automating routine tasks, and augmenting human decision‑making; for example, an AI HR agent can process travel‑request queries via chat or email and generate the corresponding travel request automatically.

The launch follows Infosys’ Q2 2025 earnings, in which the company reported a 13.2% year‑on‑year increase in net profit to ₹7,364 crore and an 8.6% year‑on‑year rise in revenue to ₹44,490 crore. Management raised FY26 revenue guidance to 2‑3% in constant currency and emphasized that Topaz Fabric will help clients navigate a challenging macroeconomic environment.

Infosys differentiates itself from competitors such as TCS and Wipro by offering proprietary AI tools and an end‑to‑end ecosystem. The company has partnered with Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform to launch over 200 enterprise AI agents and more than 2,500 generative AI projects for clients, positioning Topaz Fabric as a key driver of AI adoption.

Topaz Fabric aims to accelerate value realization from enterprise AI transformation programs, avoid vendor lock‑in, and support cross‑divisional projects. Nu Skin is already collaborating with Infosys to enhance its IT operations using the new platform.
