Ispire Technology Inc. announced a new cannabis product ecosystem that will be showcased at MJBizCon 2025, the industry’s largest trade show, scheduled for December 2‑5. The unveiling follows the company’s November 26 announcement and introduces a modular platform built around three device lines—E‑Series (Essentials), S‑Series (Specialized) and C‑Series (Custom).

The E‑Series offers a baseline hardware set for brands that need a reliable, low‑cost entry point. The S‑Series expands the feature set with advanced safety and dosing controls, while the C‑Series allows full customization of form factor, materials and firmware, giving partners the flexibility to differentiate their products. All three lines share a common precision‑dosing engine and a safety‑first design that meets current U.S. and international regulatory requirements.

Ispire’s financials underscore the strategic importance of the launch. Fiscal 2025 revenue fell to $127.5 million from $151.9 million in fiscal 2024, and the company posted a net loss of $39.2 million versus $14.8 million the prior year. The new ecosystem is intended to counteract the revenue decline by capturing a larger share of the growing cannabis vaporizer market and by creating higher‑margin, repeatable product offerings.

The global cannabis vaporizer market is projected to grow at a 14.5 % CAGR to $13 billion by 2030, driven by consumer demand for portable, tech‑advanced devices and clearer regulatory frameworks. Ispire’s modular platform positions it ahead of competitors that rely on legacy hardware, and the company’s focus on safety and compliance aligns with industry trends toward stricter product standards.

Co‑CEO Michael Wang said the platform “makes it easier for brands to identify the right hardware with clarity, premium materials and engineering ready for global compliance.” The statement signals confidence that the new ecosystem will meet both customer expectations and regulatory scrutiny, while also highlighting Ispire’s commitment to quality and innovation.

The launch could broaden Ispire’s customer base, improve margins through modular design, and support future revenue growth. However, the company still faces a declining top line and a widening net loss, indicating that the new ecosystem will need to drive sales to reverse the financial trajectory and deliver sustainable profitability.
