John Mahaz, formerly Jabil Inc.'s Senior Vice President of Operations for Europe and the Americas, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. Mahaz will lead Eos's operations, supply chain, and manufacturing strategy as the company enters a phase of commercial scale-up.
During his tenure at Jabil, Mahaz accumulated over three decades of experience in global manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and business development. He was responsible for generating more than $14 billion in annual revenue and overseeing over 70,000 employees across more than 30 factories worldwide.
The departure of a senior executive with such extensive operational leadership and a track record of driving growth and efficiency represents a loss of key talent for Jabil. While the company did not comment on the departure, it marks a notable change in its senior operational leadership.
