On October 3, 2025, JetBlue unveiled the Isla del Bluencanto livery, a new aircraft paint scheme designed by Puerto Rican artist Juan Gutiérrez Rovira. The design was selected by public vote in March and features iconic Puerto Rican symbols such as the jíbaro, fruits, flowers, and the phrase “SOMOS BORICUA.” The unveiling took place at The Flight Park in San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. The launch marks the second special livery dedicated to Puerto Rico, following the 2018 Bluericua design. JetBlue’s president Marty St. George said the livery celebrates the island’s culture and reaffirms the airline’s long‑standing commitment to Puerto Rico, where it operates more than 45 daily flights and employs nearly 800 crew members. The event was attended by community leaders, local artists, and JetBlue crew, and included a partnership with the Ricky Martin Foundation to showcase youth art. JetBlue also donated to the foundation’s programs, reinforcing its role as a key partner in Puerto Rico’s tourism and economic development.
