Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has appointed Amanda Brimmer as Chief Financial Officer for its Leasing Advisory division and Head of Corporate Development, a move that places her directly under CFO Kelly Howe and signals a sharpened focus on the company’s most profitable segment.
Brimmer brings more than 20 years of experience from Boston Consulting Group, where she led the global Industrial Goods Private Investors and Private Equity practice and managed over 50 commercial due diligence projects each year. Her deep expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and transformational programs is expected to accelerate JLL’s growth and profitability in leasing advisory and to strengthen the firm’s corporate development capabilities.
The appointment comes as JLL reports strong quarterly results: in the third quarter of 2025 the company generated $6.5 billion in revenue, up 10% year‑over‑year, and delivered an adjusted diluted earnings per share of $4.50, a 29% increase from the prior year. Leasing Advisory, the segment that Brimmer will oversee, grew 8% in the same period, outpacing market volumes and contributing significantly to the company’s top‑line momentum.
Brimmer’s role is designed to build on that momentum. By tightening financial oversight and driving disciplined capital allocation, she will help JLL capture additional market share in leasing advisory while identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities across the firm’s portfolio. This aligns with CEO Christian Ulbrich’s recent comments that JLL’s “talent and differentiated platform position us well to gain market share and drive profitable growth in 2025.”
Kelly Howe, JLL’s CFO, noted that Brimmer’s “extensive finance, professional services and leadership experience will drive continued growth and enhance profitability.” The appointment underscores JLL’s commitment to strengthening its financial leadership in a key revenue‑generating segment and to expanding its corporate development capabilities.
The market has responded positively to JLL’s recent earnings, with analysts highlighting the company’s continued margin expansion and robust segment performance. Brimmer’s appointment is viewed as a strategic reinforcement of the firm’s financial discipline and growth trajectory.
