Jackson Financial Appoints New President and Chief Risk Officer

Jackson Financial Inc. announced on April 10, 2025, key executive appointments, effective April 14, 2025. Chris Raub was named President of Jackson National Life Insurance Company, the main operating subsidiary. In this role, he will be responsible for all go-to-market activities, driving sustainable growth, and overseeing distribution, product development, operations, information technology, and sub-advisor/fund accounting functions. Steve Binioris was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, succeeding Raub. Binioris will oversee all enterprise risk management, including financial and operational risks. Pam Bottles was named interim Chief Actuary as the company initiates a search for Binioris's prior role. These leadership changes are part of Jackson's succession planning and are expected to advance the company's strategic priorities.
