Keurig Dr Pepper announced the appointment of Drew Panayiotou as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for U.S. Refreshment Beverages, effective November 11, 2024. Panayiotou brings a modern approach to marketing and extensive experience across multiple industries.

In this role, Panayiotou will lead marketing for KDP's approximately $9 billion portfolio of cold beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, Mott's, and 7UP. He will also oversee enterprise-wide marketing centers of excellence, focusing on digital-first capabilities.

Andrew Springate, the previous CMO for U.S. Refreshment Beverages, is transitioning to a new role leading industry and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to CEO Tim Cofer. This leadership evolution aims to accelerate KDP's digital marketing transformation and enhance consumer connections.
