The Kraft Heinz Company has appointed Marcel Regis as President, West and East Emerging Markets, effective February 3, 2025. Regis will be based in Brazil and will lead Kraft Heinz's business in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Regis joins Kraft Heinz from Loft, a technology company in Latin America, and previously spent 25 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev. CEO Carlos Abrams-Rivera highlighted Regis's extensive international experience in transforming and growing consumer goods businesses.
Emerging Markets is one of Kraft Heinz's three strategic growth pillars, and Regis's appointment is expected to accelerate growth in these critical global markets. He will take over from Bruno Keller, who will depart Kraft Heinz after a transition period.
