Kroger and Uber Eats expanded their partnership, integrating Uber Eats into Kroger’s digital platforms so customers can toggle between grocery and restaurant delivery within the Kroger.com website and the Kroger App.

The integration will launch in early 2026 across more than 2,600 Kroger stores, offering loyalty benefits and real‑time delivery tracking for both grocery and restaurant orders.

The partnership also includes collaboration on retail media, enabling brands to deliver targeted promotions and product recommendations to shoppers by leveraging combined data from grocery and food delivery transactions.

Kroger’s Q2 2025 earnings showed identical sales (excluding fuel) up 3.4%, adjusted EPS of $1.04, and the company raised full‑year guidance for identical sales to 2.7%‑3.4% and adjusted EPS to $4.70‑$4.80. The partnership is part of Kroger’s strategy to expand on‑demand fulfillment and strengthen its retail media business amid competitive pressure from Instacart.

The partnership links Kroger’s Boost loyalty program with Uber’s One program, offering cross‑membership trials and benefits to increase customer frequency and lifetime value.
