KULR Technology Group announced it is set to join the broad-market Russell 3000® Index, effective after the United States market opens on June 30, 2025. This inclusion is part of the 2025 Russell indexes reconstitution, which captures the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks ranked by total market capitalization as of April 30. Membership in the Russell 3000® Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in either the large-cap Russell 1000® Index or small-cap Russell 2000® Index, as well as the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings, and style attributes. KULR CEO Michael Mo stated that this marks another important milestone in the company's growth trajectory and is expected to enhance both its visibility and liquidity among institutional investors. Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies.
