Lifeward Ltd. announced a distribution agreement with Verita Neuro, a subsidiary of Verita Healthcare, to become the exclusive distributor of its ReWalk Personal Exoskeleton in Mexico, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. The partnership gives Lifeward access to Verita’s network of more than 25,000 spinal‑cord‑injury patients and a growing roster of rehabilitation centers in each country, creating a ready‑made channel for sales, training, and after‑sales support.

The deal expands Lifeward’s addressable market beyond its core U.S. and German operations and positions the company to convert its 117+ U.S. leads and 49 German leads into revenue. By leveraging Verita’s established presence, Lifeward can accelerate market penetration while keeping operating costs low, a key priority as the company works to reduce its operating losses and cash burn.

Mark Grant, Lifeward’s CEO, said the agreement is “consistent with our strategy to expand global access to the ReWalk Personal Exoskeleton for patients with spinal cord injury, building our established distribution and reimbursement presence in the United States and Germany.” Julian Andriesz, CEO of Verita Neuro, added that the partnership will empower patients with “the most cutting‑edge robotic physical rehabilitation systems.”

The ReWalk platform has already received CE mark approval for the ReWalk 7 Personal Exoskeleton and Medicare coverage in the United States, and the global market for individuals who could benefit from ReWalk technology is estimated at $1.75 billion. This distribution agreement therefore strengthens Lifeward’s position to capture growing demand for advanced rehabilitation technology in emerging markets.

The partnership underscores Lifeward’s strategy of using third‑party distribution to drive volume growth while maintaining a lean cost structure, a critical approach as the company continues to focus on improving profitability and scaling its technology worldwide.
