On October 20, 2025, LOBO EV Technologies Ltd. announced a strategic initiative to establish a CyberCity and digital bank headquarters in Ghana, in partnership with World Business Group (Earthcore Investments Limited) and Strattners Bank. The plan includes a state‑of‑the‑art EV manufacturing facility for e‑motorcycles, tricycles and other transportation models, as well as a digital banking hub designed to operate stablecoins, cryptocurrencies, digital credit services and mobile money transfer systems. Africa’s mobile‑money and stable‑coin payments reached roughly US$1.13–1.15 trillion in 2024, while Ghana’s remittances hit US$4.6 billion—a 91% increase from the previous year. The e‑motorcycle market in Africa is projected to grow at a CAGR of over 15% over the next five years, positioning LOBO to tap into a high‑growth market with a new manufacturing footprint. Strattners acts as a cornerstone investor, developing project assets through Strattners Capital Chain, including blockchain architecture, contract coding, business integration and tokenization of assets such as securities, commodities and real estate. The collaboration is expected to create value for LOBO’s shareholders and support its global expansion plan. Ghana’s Bank of Ghana has drafted the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) Bill and a roadmap for implementation, creating a regulatory environment that supports the digital banking component of the initiative. This partnership aligns with LOBO’s focus on AI‑integrated mobility and digital finance, reinforcing its strategic shift toward international markets.
