Pacsun announced that it has finished a full deployment of Manhattan Active® Point of Sale across its nearly 400 stores nationwide. The rollout began with a five‑month pilot that started in September 2024 and was completed in early November 2025, taking just eight weeks to go live in every location.

The new POS platform brings mobile checkout and real‑time inventory visibility to Pacsun’s stores, allowing associates to blend digital convenience with personalized in‑store service. The integration with Pacsun’s existing supply‑chain and omnichannel solutions creates a single transaction experience that spans online and physical channels.

Pacsun reports that the deployment has already reduced logistics expenses by 25% and enabled 40% of its online orders to be fulfilled through stores. The real‑time inventory data also improves stock accuracy, reducing out‑of‑stock incidents and enhancing the customer experience during peak shopping periods.

For Manhattan Associates, the deal represents a significant addition to its subscription and professional services revenue streams. It aligns with the company’s broader strategy to grow cloud subscription revenue, which rose 21% YoY in Q3 2025, and reinforces its position as a leader in unified commerce solutions.

Manhattan’s Q3 2025 results showed revenue growth of 3.4% YoY, a slowdown from the 11.8% growth seen in the same quarter last year. Despite the modest growth, the company beat analyst expectations for both revenue and earnings. Investors cited the deceleration in revenue growth and seasonal weakness in new customer wins as headwinds, underscoring the importance of deals like Pacsun’s to sustain momentum.

The successful deployment highlights Manhattan’s competitive moat in the supply‑chain and retail software space and demonstrates Pacsun’s commitment to a unified commerce strategy that blends digital and physical retail experiences.
