Mativ Holdings, Inc. announced its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results. For Q4 2024, consolidated net sales were $458.6 million, and the company reported a net income of $1.5 million. The Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions (SAS) segment delivered strong Q4 results, with organic revenue growth of almost 13% and adjusted EBITDA increasing approximately 8% to $35.8 million. This growth was driven by higher volumes across all product categories and favorable distribution costs. Challenges in advanced films, particularly paint protection films, were noted, though optical and medical films saw combined revenues up almost 30% in Q4. For the full year 2024, Mativ reported total revenue of US$1.98 billion, a decrease of 2.2% from fiscal year 2023. Year-to-date 2024 cash provided by operating activities was $94.8 million, and net debt stood at $995.0 million as of December 31, 2024.
