The Marygold Companies’ subsidiary, USCF Investments, announced on December 15, 2025 that it would launch the USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund (ticker WTIB) on December 9, 2025. The new exchange‑traded fund pairs exposure to oil futures with Bitcoin futures, marking USCF’s first entry into the cryptocurrency‑linked asset class.

WTIB represents a strategic expansion beyond USCF’s traditional commodity‑focused ETFs. By bundling oil and Bitcoin, the fund offers investors a single vehicle that delivers 100 % notional exposure to both markets, appealing to those who view oil and Bitcoin as complementary inflation hedges or who prefer a consolidated ticker for portfolio efficiency.

Nicholas Gerber, CEO of The Marygold Companies, said the launch “underscores our ongoing commitment to expanding The Marygold Companies’ footprint in the financial services industry.” John Love, President and CEO of USCF, added that the fund’s dual‑asset design “provides 100 % exposure to two uncorrelated markets, allowing investors to slice‑up their portfolios or take tactical short‑term positions without choosing between oil and Bitcoin.”

The product leverages USCF’s patented commodity‑tracking technology and its history of innovation in the ETF space, including the 2006 launch of the United States Oil Fund (USO). The new fund is expected to broaden fee income and AUM growth, positioning USCF to capture a growing segment of investors seeking hybrid commodity‑crypto exposure.

The launch follows a broader industry trend of integrating Bitcoin into traditional asset allocation frameworks, offering a single vehicle for access to historically uncorrelated markets. By entering this space, USCF signals its intent to remain at the forefront of ETF innovation and to meet evolving investor demand for diversified, technology‑driven products.
