MGM Resorts International announced a new employment agreement with CEO & President Bill Hornbuckle, extending his tenure through December 31, 2028. This agreement ensures leadership continuity for the company's strategic initiatives.

As part of the new contract, Hornbuckle will also be offered an advisory agreement at the end of his term to assist with the integrated resort project in Osaka, Japan, until its opening. This highlights the importance of the Japan development to MGM's long-term growth strategy.

Paul Salem, Chairman of the MGM Resorts Board of Directors, praised Hornbuckle as an exceptional, visionary leader who successfully guided the company through the COVID-19 pandemic and positioned it for long-term growth through new digital ventures, strategic M&A, and international expansion.
