Mastech Digital, Inc. announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, with revenues totaling $49.1 million. This represents a slight decline compared to $49.5 million in the corresponding quarter of 2024, though it showed a 2% sequential growth from Q1 2025.

The company reported GAAP net income of $0.1 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, for Q2 2025, a decrease from $1.4 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, in Q2 2024. Consolidated gross margin remained stable at 28.1% compared to 28.2% in the prior year period.

In the IT Staffing Services segment, revenue quality was enhanced through higher bill rates and increased margins, driven by disciplined pricing. However, activity levels in the Data and Analytics Services segment were softer, with order bookings totaling $5.8 million, reflecting slower client decision-making cycles and cautious discretionary spending.

Mastech Digital provided further details on its finance and accounting transition to India, estimating total transition and severance expenses to approximate $2.0 million, with expected post-transition cost savings of approximately $1.2 million per annum. The company maintained a strong cash balance of $27.9 million and no bank debt as of June 30, 2025.
