The acquired properties, formerly Honore Storage, are located at 3215 W. Lawrence Avenue in Albany Park and 5145 N. Clark Street between the Uptown and Andersonville communities. Marcus & Millichap's investment specialists, Jeffrey Herrmann and Sean Delaney, brokered the transaction.
