Holders of the 11.803% Class B Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units are slated to receive $0.7377 per unit. The 11.713% Class C Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units will receive $0.7320 per unit.
Additionally, a quarterly cash distribution of $19,243,349.94 was declared for the Class D Preferred Units. All distributions are scheduled for payment on April 15, 2025, to unitholders of record as of April 1, 2025.
