Holders of the 11.772% Class B Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units are set to receive $0.7358 per unit. The 11.682% Class C Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units will receive $0.7301 per unit.
Additionally, a quarterly cash distribution of $17,047,487.57 was declared for the Class D Preferred Units. All distributions are scheduled for payment on July 15, 2025, to unitholders of record as of July 1, 2025.
