Nano Nuclear Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NNE) announced on September 26, 2025 that it has been added to the S&P Global Broad Market Index (BMI), the world’s first float‑adjusted global benchmark covering more than 99% of available market capitalization across 48 developed and emerging markets. In addition to the BMI, the company was also added to the S&P Total Market Index (TMI) and the SPX Completion Index following the September 19th reconstitution, expanding its presence within the U.S. equity universe and providing broader exposure to institutional and passive investment strategies. "Inclusion in these benchmark indexes increases NANO Nuclear’s visibility within the global institutional investment community," said Jay Yu, Founder and Chairman. "We are particularly proud to have achieved these milestones and grown our institutional investor support in just over a year and a half since we became the first nuclear microreactor company to be listed publicly in the U.S.” The addition to multiple S&P indices is expected to enhance the company’s attractiveness to exchange‑traded funds and other passive investment vehicles, potentially improving liquidity and long-term capital access for future financing and development initiatives.
