Nano‑X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced today that it will acquire VasoHealthcare IT Inc. (VHC IT) from Vaso Corporation (OTCQX: VASO). The deal, valued at up to $800,000, includes a $200,000 cash payment at closing and up to $600,000 in earn‑out payments tied to revenue retention targets over two years.

The acquisition is aimed at speeding the deployment of Nano‑X’s AI‑powered imaging analytics across U.S. hospitals and clinics. By bringing VHC IT’s IT implementation, workflow optimization, and nationwide go‑live support in‑house, Nano‑X can reduce time‑to‑value for its customers and strengthen its end‑to‑end solution that spans hardware, AI, and teleradiology services.

This transaction represents a strategic expansion of Nano‑X’s U.S. commercial footprint and enhances its ability to deliver a seamless imaging experience, positioning the company for accelerated growth in the rapidly expanding AI‑enabled medical imaging market.
