ServiceNow and NTT DATA Expand Strategic Partnership to Accelerate AI‑Led Transformation

ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) and NTT DATA announced on November 5, 2025 that the Japanese technology services firm will serve as a strategic AI delivery partner for the ServiceNow AI Platform. The agreement expands a long‑standing collaboration and positions NTT DATA as a lighthouse customer that will deploy ServiceNow AI Agents and Global Business Services at scale across its global operations.

The announcement follows ServiceNow’s strong Q3 2025 earnings, in which subscription revenue reached $3.299 billion—an increase of 21.5% year‑over‑year—and the company raised its full‑year guidance. ServiceNow has set an ambitious target of $1 billion in AI revenue by 2026, and the expanded partnership is a key lever for reaching that goal. Strategically, the partnership extends ServiceNow’s reach into new market segments and strengthens its competitive moat in the enterprise software arena.
