During his tenure, Mr. Utermark was instrumental in bringing Nucor's 'Expand Beyond' vision to fruition. He led key acquisitions that established several new business units, including Nucor Data Systems, Nucor Door Technologies, Nucor Insulated Panel Group LLC, Nucor Towers & Structures Inc., and Nucor Warehouse Systems Inc.
His departure marks a transition in leadership for Nucor's new markets and innovation strategies. Mr. Utermark's contributions have laid a foundation for Nucor's future diversification and growth into steel-adjacent businesses.
