A key introduction is ChaTi, an AI chatbot designed to provide operators with real-time insights and personalized recommendations. ChaTi monitors machine performance, tracks revenue to identify profitable machines, and offers performance forecasting to optimize profitability and decision-making.
Tigapo also launched advanced game activation readers featuring interactive screens for both players and operators, enabling in-app challenges and arcade-wide leaderboards. Additionally, the new Connect2Play plug-and-play cable simplifies the connection of Nayax’s VPOS Touch payment device to nearly any unattended amusement machine, reducing installation time and costs.
