ODDITY Tech Ltd. announced record financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, continuing its trend of exceeding expectations. Net revenue for Q2 2025 reached $241 million, a 25% increase year-over-year. The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $70 million and adjusted diluted EPS of $0.88.

Following these strong results, ODDITY once again raised its full-year 2025 financial outlook. The company now anticipates net revenue between $799 million and $804 million, adjusted EBITDA between $160 million and $162 million, and adjusted diluted EPS between $2.06 and $2.09. This marks a consistent upward revision of guidance throughout the year.

A significant strategic update included the upcoming launch of Brand 3, named METHODIQ, in the fourth quarter of 2025. This new brand represents ODDITY's expansion into medical-grade products, specifically a telehealth platform for dermatology, which is expected to open a massive new market for the company.

For the third quarter ending September 30, 2025, ODDITY provided guidance expecting net revenue between $120 million and $122 million, and adjusted diluted EPS between $0.30 and $0.32. Management emphasized that the remainder of the year is largely driven by a high visibility backlog of repeat orders, contributing to confidence in the raised outlook.
