Old National Bancorp announced on July 1, 2025, the appointment of Matt Keen as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Keen will also join Old National’s Executive Leadership Team, the company’s senior-most group of C-suite executives.
Keen brings over three decades of experience in technology leadership roles, including architecture development, brokerage and banking services, cloud service optimization, and platform modernization. He most recently served as CIO for Bremer Bank, which became a division of Old National Bank on May 1, 2025.
In his new role, Keen will lead Old National’s technology strategy, focusing on leveraging technology as an enabler for business success. His responsibilities include shaping and executing the company’s technology roadmap, identifying efficiencies, and driving growth through innovation, data, and analytics to enhance client and team member experiences.
