Otter Tail Corporation's Board of Directors adopted a new Antitrust & Competition Law Policy on September 19, 2024, with an effective date of October 1, 2024. This policy mandates full compliance with all applicable antitrust and competition laws for all directors, officers, and employees across the company and its subsidiaries.

The policy emphasizes promoting free and open competition, which is expected to lead to better outcomes for consumers through lower prices, improved quality, and greater choice. It specifically prohibits certain agreements between competitors, such as those on price, output, market or customer allocations, and bidding practices.

This internal policy also addresses agreements with other companies regarding employee competition, including wages, benefits, and hiring practices, which are subject to close scrutiny by regulators. The company has prepared an Antitrust Manual and will provide training to relevant personnel to ensure adherence to these principles.
