Oak Valley Community Bank announced the approval of three 2025 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants, totaling over $5.3 million, submitted to the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. These grants will support Modesto Gospel Mission and Tuolumne Economic Development Authority (TEDA).

Modesto Gospel Mission will receive $3.75 million for two projects, Grace Place and Hannah's House, to create 117 units of transitional housing with wraparound services. TEDA will receive $1.596 million for the Westside Subdivision, delivering 30 new single-family homes for very low- to moderate-income households in Tuolumne County.

The bank's role in sponsoring and providing input for these grants highlights its deep commitment to addressing critical housing needs and fostering economic opportunity in Stanislaus and Tuolumne counties. This significant community investment reinforces the bank's mission to make a lasting difference where it is critically needed.
