Oak Valley Community Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oak Valley Bancorp, announced it has received regulatory approval to establish its 19th full-service branch. The new office will be located at 31 South School Street in downtown Lodi.
The Lodi Branch is scheduled to open mid-2025 and will mark the bank's sixth location in San Joaquin County. It will offer a full line of personal and commercial banking services, including a walk-up ATM and night deposit service, along with offices for commercial lending and administrative personnel.
This expansion into Lodi is a strategic move to increase accessibility for existing clients and introduce Oak Valley's service model to new prospective clients in the northern portion of San Joaquin County. The new branch underscores the bank's commitment to growth within the Central Valley.
